Open Surgery for Spiegel's Hernia

Spiegel's hernias are uncommon anomalies in the aponeurosis, which runs between rectus muscle and semilunar line. They most commonly found "Spigel's hernia belt" navel interspinal line (a horizontal connecting anterosuperior iliac spines).
